Your Therapist

Dr. Natalie Jones – Physical Therapist, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Sports injury prevention specialist – Overhead throwing specialist

Dr. Natalie Jones helps active adults and athletes get back to the workouts and sports they love.

Her interest in physical therapy started as an injured athlete who spent hours in PT in order to return to competitive high school and collegiate softball.

After becoming a physical therapist, Dr. Jones worked at a sports physical therapy clinic for a few years, but began looking for work closer to home to allow her to be the wife and mother she felt her family deserved. After multiple interviews, Dr. Jones was discouraged by the expectation of treating multiple patients at the same time and only being allowed 15 minutes with each patient before sending them off to do 45 minutes of exercise by themselves or with an aide.

With this type of care, most patients require TWICE as many physical therapy visits to reach their goals.

Dr. Jones decided she couldn’t lower her standard of care to participate in what is often referred to as “physical therapy mills” and watch patients spend more money and take longer to reach their goals.

Out of frustration with the way patients are now being treated, she founded Game Changer Physical Therapy to be able to provide high-quality, individualized care that patients deserve.

Everyday people consult with Dr. Jones looking for ways to get back to their active lifestyles faster.

Dr. Jones graduated with a B.A. in Sports Psychology, and then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Azusa Pacific University.

During her free time, Dr. Jones enjoys being outdoors with her husband and three young sons. When it’s baseball season, Dr. Jones can be found supporting her favorite team, the Los Angeles Angels.

Direct Pay Physical Therapy

Game Changer Physical Therapy is a cash-based physical therapy practice which means we work for you, not for insurance companies. As a cash provider, we are able to administer high quality care that is not hindered by contractual obligations to insurance companies that are constantly looking for ways to dictate patient care.

One of the many perks of being cash-based is you and your therapist are able to spend the entire one hour session together focusing on restoring function to improve your performance and quality of life.

Since we are not contracted with insurance companies we are not permitted to bill your insurance provider directly. However, you can submit what’s called a “Superbill” to your insurance company for your out-of-network benefits; just be sure to let us know you need a Superbill.

It is our desire to provide physical therapy services to all who need care, unfortunately, the regulations built around Medicare and Workers Compensation prevent us from accepting patients covered by those policies.
