Your throwing arm is your bread and butter for baseball and softball. If you can’t throw, then you are only able to participate in half of the game. Have you recently suffered an arm injury and want to get back in the game as quickly as possible? Is your arm more sore than usual? Do you want to learn exercises you can do to keep your arm healthy? Do you want to improve your athletic performance?
Join me (Dr. Jones) to learn how to improve your sports performance while decreasing your risk of injury.
Participants will learn: 1) Basic anatomy of the shoulder and elbow 2) Common injuries of the throwing arm 3) What you can do to reduce your injury risk 4) Exercises that will improve strength, endurance, and performance of your throwing arm.
Each participant will receive exercise equipment that can be easily attached to a fence so these exercises can be performed on the field either before, during, or after games/practices. These exercises are key to reducing your injury risk and improving your performance. As a former athlete, I know how easy it is to forget about the most important exercises for your throwing arm. Join me at It’s All In The Game to learn Game Changer’s On Field Thrower’s Exercises. See you there!
