Patient Resources

Everything you need for your care journey with us

Welcome to Our Practice Family

Whether you're preparing for your first visit or you've been with us for a while, this page has the resources you need. We've designed our process to be simple and convenient, so you can focus on what matters—your recovery.

Your First Visit

We're looking forward to meeting you and beginning this journey together. Here's what to expect:

Before Your Appointment

Please complete the New Patient Packet (linked below) and have it ready for your first session. This helps us understand your health history and goals so we can make the most of our time together.

During Your First Session

We'll spend the full hour getting to know you, your movement patterns, and what you want to achieve. We'll listen to your story, assess how you move, discuss your goals, and begin treatment—all in that first visit. No waiting weeks for a follow-up to actually start therapy.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and gives us access to the area we'll be treating. Athletic wear or loose-fitting clothes work well.

Ongoing Care

Every session builds on the last. We'll continue hands-on treatment, adjust your exercise program as you progress, and work together toward your goals. You'll have consistent, one-on-one time with your therapist—no rotating cast of providers, no handoffs to aides.

Your Home Exercise Program

We use MedBridge to provide you with personalized exercise videos and instructions. When we prescribe exercises during your session, you'll receive access to clear video demonstrations you can reference at home.

Remember: quality matters more than quantity. It's better to do fewer exercises with good form than to rush through a long list. If any exercise causes pain (not just muscle fatigue, but actual pain), stop and reach out to us. We're here to support you between sessions.
